GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE RESIDENTIAL AREA PROJECT IN PHU HUU WARD
With the aim of early resuming production and business activities after the period of COVID-19 lockdown measures. This morning, September 23, 2021, at the Residential Area Project in Phu Huu Ward (commercially known as Armena), Thu Duc City. An Phong main contractor has cooperated with the project management board, Khang Điền Housing Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company, to solemnly organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the project.
The Residential Area Project in Phu Huu Ward is one of the four projects allowed to resume under the reopening roadmap in Thu Duc City. These projects are located in the “green zone” according to criteria ensuring pandemic control safety.
The ceremony was attended by leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and Thu Duc City, along with representatives from various departments, and media agencies.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman of the Thu Duc City People’s Committee said, “This is an extremely exciting signal, not only for restarting the economy but also for contributing significantly to employment, social welfare, and economic development of Thu Duc City, providing momentum for the future.”

The Phu Huu Ward Residential Area Project covers an area of over 4 hectares and includes 176 townhouses. Following successful collaborations on projects like Safira and Lovera Vista, the quality and progress have been demonstrated through practical experience.
